We’ll replace your old equipment with a brand new fully configured wireless router. All you need to do is plug it in and away you go – it’s that simple!

How does it work?
It’s really simple! All we need are your existing connection details (identifiants de connexion) from your ISP, for example if it’s Orange they will start will fti/ and then you will have a password as well. Once we have your details we will set up your brand new router for you. This includes:

  • establishing your connection (checking that the username and password work)
  • setting up your own encrypted wireless network with an easy to remember key not 26 characters that are easy to get wrong!
  • enabling our standard security measures to ensure that no-one can access your router.

Once we’ve done all that we test the router works and then dispatch it to you by courier to arrive on a date that is convenient for you. Once you receive it, either follow the enclosed instructions or simply call our English technical team and they will walk you through step by step plugging it in and connecting your computer to the wireless connection. If you want we can even set up the wireless connection for you remotely once we’ve established your internet connection is up and running.

We can support Windows 2000, XP and Vista as well as MAC OSX.

What does it cost?
