Unfortunately it is not possible to set up an on demand broadband (Haut Debit) internet connection in France.  The reason for this is the domestic demand for internet connections far outways the capacity of the current infrastructure. There are ways in which we can help you reduce your costs by downgrading your connection when it is not in use and also registering your telephone line as a residence secondaire.
